Matt earned his Certificate of Property Development at UTS and has spent his career in real estate ever since, first in leasing and sales, then as a buyers agent on Sydney's Lower North Shore, all while running his own property development projects. After years on the ground, he has watched first hand as agents lose entire days to non dollar productive work. That is why he built PROE.
Bailey came to PROE from the front lines, first as a sales agent at Aurora Property, then at McGrath's biggest office in Sydney. He has felt the pain real estate agents live with every day, and now spends his time saving them from it.
