Two brothers, solving one of the biggest problems in real estate. Matt and Nick have called Sydney home since the day they were born. They built PROE because they kept seeing the same thing: agents spending too much time on admin and not enough on dollar productive activities.
Straight out of school, Matt earned his Certificate of Property Development at UTS. He has spent years in real estate ever since first in leasing and sales, then as a buyers agent on Sydney's Lower North Shore running his own property development projects on the side. After all that time on the ground, he has watched first hand as agents lose entire days to non dollar-productive work. That is why he built PROE.
Alex has previously co founded a venture backed AI startup in San Francisco, where their spreadsheet agent ranked #1 globally on the publicspreadsheetbench leaderboard. He has also worked as a machine learning engineer at BTG Pactual and at a biotech startup. He holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College London and now runs everything technical at PROE.
